Admissions
CVIU adheres to an academic quarter system, with new quarters beginning in January, April, July, and October. We offer rolling enrollment, meaning applications are accepted throughout the year rather than during a single, fixed admission period. As soon as an applicant submits all required materials, the application is reviewed promptly rather than waiting for a specific deadline.
Once the required materials are submitted, the applicant will be contacted to schedule an interview with the Administrative Director and to arrange a time to complete the CVIU Learning Ability Test.
After these steps are completed, the school will issue an admissions decision within two weeks.
If an applicant is not accepted into their quarter of choice due to class capacity or timing constraints, the application will automatically be moved to the next available quarter for consideration. Applicants will be notified promptly should such a change occur.
